Voicegiant is a FREE service to showcase and market your voice services.  The following are the Artist Terms of Use for the Voicegiant service.

All prices paid by client for completed spots are considered Buy-out rates. Clients can use the completed spots in any capacity with no restrictions and you agree to release such rights.

All Artists agree to provide up to 2 re-reads of a spot.  Except for orders over 2 minutes.  Orders over 2 minutes will require a sample read, the sample read will be sent to the client for approval – the only re-read necessary will be if the delivered spot does not match the sample read.

All spot fees will be split 50/50 between Voicegiant and the Voiceover Artist

ANY changes to a script constitute a new order and the client will be charged accordingly.

Re-read requests may be made by client for up to 14 days after the completed delivery of the spot

Turnaround times are set by each individual Voice Artist.  If you are unable to deliver a spot in the allotted timeframe, please contact the Voicegiant Admin, so we can alert the client.

You are responsible to put yourself in “Vacation Mode” if you will be unavailable and unable to take new orders.  Putting yourself in “Vacation Mode” will temporarily remove you from the Voice Artist search and avoid a lot of confusion.

You are also responsible to set and maintain your voice filter settings and availability.  You can always modify this at any time.

Payments will be made on the 1st of each month (or the first Monday following the first should the 1st fall out on a weekend) for all spots completed in the previous month. You can select to be paid via Paypal or via Check.

It is strictly against the Terms of Use of the Voicegiant.com service to exchange ANY contact information with a Voicegiant Client.  Violating the “No Contact Information Exchange” terms will result in immediate termination of your account and subject to forfeiture of any outstanding balances.  In short, don’t do it.  (We work hard to drive new work to you and this is how we are able to offer our service free of charge to our Artists)
